All MAVERICK Systems and Procedures are designed to ensure safety of our staff, children and road users
Hiring only the most qualified candidate is one of the important structures we employ to provide the best transport service we live up to now. Below are the criteria and the step ahead procedures strictly followed by the company;
DRIVERS must…
- Be 27 years old and above.
- Have a clean heavy bus license
- Have minimum 2 year’s bus driving experience in UAE.
- Pass Police background checks, reference and interview.
- Pass yearly medical fitness and drug screening test
- Must pass RTA test & meet RTA requirements.
- Must attend yearly RTA training program.
BUS ATTENDANTS…
- Must be 25 years old and above.
- Must have a good conduct and pleasing personality.
- Must be medically fit.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Computer literate
- Must pass RTA test (new BA).
- Must attend yearly RTA training program.
Training & Staff Evaluations:
In addition to mandatory RTA trainings, at Maverick we ensure that each of our staff is additionally qualified and trained with resources in order to be more proficient and effective in carrying out their duties. We conduct weekly, monthly and annual training for all our staff with emphasis on revision, evaluations, appraisals and recognition of employees with good performance.
Our Fleet:
Our fleet consists of Toyota Coaster and Mitsubishi Rosa buses for SISD. All our buses are well maintained and serviced as per the manufacturer’s recommendation.
- We do not use buses which are older than 4 years for regular trips.
- Buses are in full compliance with RTA
- Buses have speed limiters installed to max 80km.
- Buses are equipped with a ‘no child left behind’ (this is located a the rear of the bus and without resetting this button, passenger door cannot be closed)
- Buses are equipped with voice message reminder as added safety
- We do not use sub-contracted buses
